Ingredients (Makes 4 Serving)

  • 12 oz Wagyu Sirloin Tip Steak. In this recipe, I used Wagyu that was gifted to me by Tebben Ranches Wagyu You can shop their selection here https://tebbenrancheswagyu.com/

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 2 Thai Chili Peppers

  • Salt & pepper

  • 2 Large Russet Potatoes

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Rosemary

  • 1 lb Green Beans

  • 1 large Shallot

Directions:


  1. For the Crispy Baked Potatoes:


    Cube the potatoes.

    Boil water with a pinch of baking soda, add potatoes, and boil for 10 minutes.

    Drain and place in a large bowl; add olive oil and toss until the outer layer becomes mushy.

    Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes or until golden.


  2. For the Steak:


    Season steak with salt and pepper.

    Pan-sear for 10 minutes on each side or cook to your preferred doneness.

    Let the steak rest.


  3. For the Garlic Green Beans:


    In the same skillet, sauté garlic, Thai pepper, and shallots until caramelized.

    Add green beans and cook until tender.


  4. Assembly:

    Serve the crispy potatoes alongside sliced steak and garlic green beans.
